This is an annual event which allows Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Assistants from across Fraser Health to network and discuss issues relevant to their practice.
Local organizations and specialized services will have the opportunity to set up information booths to raise awareness of the programs that can be accessed by OT’s and RA’s across Fraser Health. A booth space with a table and wall space will be available for interested participants. All displays must be free standing, ie no affixing to the wall. A currently tentative schedule allows for a 15 minute registration, a 60 minute lunch, and a 30 minute coffee break during which time attendees can peruse displays. This year there will be a passport system where participants will need to obtain record of attendance at a percentage of booths before they can be entered in the door prizes. Booth attendants are more than welcome to partake in all of the day’s events including lunch.
If your organization is interested in setting up an educational booth on October 26, 2017 please contact me, email preferred, to inquire further or to reserve a space. Space availability is first come first served. RSVP by September 1, 2017.
